| Q: | Do youth need to receive VOLT training? |
| A. | Youth are invited to attend or complete VOLT training at any time. 4-H members serving on Animal Science Committees and youth enrolled as 4-H leaders must complete the VOLT process and certification, except that they will not undergo a background check. |
