the 2008 ESE Dairy Team will be held at the 4-H State Dairy
Show on July 19 and 20 at the Windsor Fairgrounds.
Schedule of Events:
Saturday July 19, 2008
Picnic Dinner for Contestants – 4:30 PM
Clipping Contest and Selection of Eastern States Fitting
Team – 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM*
Question and Answer Session with the Judge – 7:30 PM
Sunday July 20, 2008
(All cattle
must be on the fairgrounds by 8:00 AM)
State Dairy Show – 10:00 AM
Eastern States Dairy Team Selection – Immediately following
the show
Informational Meeting for Eastern States Teams – 30 minutes
following Eastern State Selection
Cattle Released about 3:00 – 4:00 PM
*- Event
may be required if contestant wishes needs a statewide dairy
event to qualify for Eastern States Team.
