A List for Volunteers

For questions about policies, procedures, general 4-H animal programs or county events:

A volunteer contacts a county 4-H staff person (educator, professional or aide)

For questions related to statewide 4-H events and activities, and the 4-H website:

  1. A volunteer or staff person contacts the State 4-H Office support staff, Jessy Brainerd, or

  2. The 4-H Activities and Events Coordinator, Michaele Bailey

For state Animal Science Committee (ASC) questions, issues or concerns:

  1. A volunteer contacts the UMCE staff liaison to the Committee (see list below)

  2. The volunteer or staff liaison contacts the State ASC Coordinator, Donna Flint, if staff liaison cannot answer

  3. Staff liaison or ASC Coordinator may also contact 4-H Activities and Events Coordinator (Michaele Bailey)

  4. Michaele contacts 4-H Program Administrator (Lisa Phelps) if additional information is needed

For questions related to financial support or donations to the Pine Tree State 4-H Foundation:

  1. A volunteer contacts a county 4-H staff person (educator, professional or aide)

  2. A county staff person contacts the Foundation support staff, Angela Martin, or the Foundation Executive Director, Fred Schlutt
