Surfing the Internet Safely

When the Supreme Court issued its ruling blocking enforcement of the 1998 "Child Online Protection Act" (June 2004), responsibility for shielding children and youth from web pornography and violence moved back to focusing on the need to educate children, youth, parents and teachers about surfing the web safely.
