The Growing Years will help
you learn how children grow and develop over time. It will take you
through some of the ups and downs and ins and outs of being a parent or
caregiver.
The Growing Years talks about you
and your feelings as a new parent, and gives practical advice for you
and your child.
Each fact sheet arrives right when you
need it, with suggestions designed for your baby's
current age. The prenatal fact sheets, "Becoming
A Parent," "Getting
Ready," and "The
Newborn Baby," discuss how to prepare for the
big event, and focus on the first few weeks of your newborn's
life. Fact sheets are then sent to you every month through your child's
first year. They will arrive every other month from age 1 to age 3, and
every third month from age 3 to age 5.
