SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR WINDSOR FAIR
Dates: Sunday, August 26 - Monday, September 3
Hall Exhibits: Open to Kennebec, Knox-Lincoln, Waldo, Androscoggin, & Sagadahoc Counties. All 4-H clubs and independent members who exhibit MUST sign up to watch the hall.
· Club Table Exhibit Premiums - See General Rules. Five $20 prizes will be awarded to the five clubs that score highest as a display.
· Club Educational Table Exhibit Premium - One $10 prize may be awarded to a club with an outstanding educational display.
· Individual Project Exhibit Premiums - See General Rules.
1st Place - $3.00
2nd Place - $2.00
3rd Place - $1.00
· All exhibits must be in the hall between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 24.
· All exhibits must be out Monday, September 3, 7:00-9:00 p.m.* or Tuesday, September 4, 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. *If you choose to pick up your 4-H exhibits on Labor Day, remember - you have to hand carry your exhibits out of the fairgrounds since you cannot get your car near the 4-H Hall on Monday evening!

Livestock Exhibits - Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Goats, Working Steers, and Horse Shows
· 4-H exhibitors are entitled to a one-day pass.
· 4-H horses need to be on the grounds and registered by 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 28. Show to begin at 8:00 a.m. SHARP!
· 4-H dairy, sheep, and goats need to be on the grounds and entered by 8:30 a.m., Saturday, September 1.
· 4-H beef need to be on the grounds and entered by 8:30 a.m., Sunday, September 2.
· 4-H working steers need to be on the grounds by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 1.
· 4-H Baby Beef Auction, Monday, September 3
· 4-H Baby Beef Show, Sunday, September 2
