Before fundraising:
You must contact your UMCE county office (Joyce Weaver, WC 4-H Aide II) for approval of your 4-H fundraiser by providing the following information:

After fundraising:
You must provide proof to the UMCE county office (Joyce Weaver, WC 4-H Aide II) of how much money was raised following the end of your fundraiser.
How much did you fundraise?
(Please record in your 4-H treasurers report book.)
Will the money still be used for the original fundraising purpose?
You cannot change the purpose of your fundraiser, after the fundraiser is over. If for some reason the purpose changes, all the money must be returned to each donor. Keep good records!
