Attorney General Steven Rowe mentioned the marketing of Alco-Pop drinks at a recent forum on underage drinking in Lincoln County. These alcoholic energy drinks are marketed in similar fashion (to appeal to the younger buyers-our teens). The attached slides show specific brands and give alcohol content. The slick marketing techniques use the same logos, etc. for energy drinks as they do for alcoholic energy drinks- causing confusion for buyers as well as sellers.  The following web site has a full report of alcoholic energy drinks. Please forward this important information on to anyone you know who may be interested. Alcoholic Energy Drinks (PowerPoint)
