4-H Summer Day Camp

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension offers summer day camps for campers ages 6-9 in several locations in Washington County.  The camp has games, activities and lots of good food based on daily themes.

Learning Life Skills in 4-H

4-H Youth Development Programs are created around a hands-on learning philosophy to promote understanding and development of life skills.

During the camp sessions, children will practice:

ü Social skills

ü Teamwork

ü Decision making skills

ü Communication

ü Problem Solving

ü Healthy Lifestyles

ü Stress Management
