Maine Adventure Camp

Looking for a multi-week quality summer camp experience, but tired of the same old routine? Join us at Bryant Pond for a unique six-week program using our Bryant Pond Camp, as well as the coastal salt marshes and bays surrounding Vaughn Island as the setting for outdoor adventures.

Young people will learn back-country living and outdoor preparedness skills such as fire and shelter building, primitive toolcraft, and woods survival. Adventure Campers will also experience canoe and backpack trips to the nearby White Mountains, the Rangeley Lakes, and the Magalloway River.

Also part of the adventures will be a salt water trip to the coastal 4-H site on Vaughn Island. With Maine’s woods, waters and coastline as our classroom, and guided by expert University of Maine outdoor educators, Maine Outdoor Adventure Camp will inspire, challenge, and nurture a lifetime of safe, healthy outdoor skills and interests.
