Friday, January 30, 2:00 p.m., PFHM. Make It With Wool competition briefing for youth group mentors.

Sunday, February 1, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Spinners and knitters workshop with Betty Stover at Spinnakees Farm. Demonstration of partial clipping of German Angoras and demonstration of the double drafting technique. Beginners welcome. Bring your spinning wheel, spindle, or knitting needles and a folding chair. There is no fee for this workshop, but participants are asked to purchase $20 in the fiber shop to cover presenter expenses. Roving available in mohair, angora, and mohair/angora/babydoll blends. Call 622-5343 to reserve space or e-mail spinnakees@yahoo.com. Limit 20 participants.

June 29 – July 3, 8:30 – 12:30, PFHM. Pathways to the Past Heritage Day Camp: Focus on Fiber Arts, with spinning, dyeing, weaving, quilting, braiding, rug-hooking, knitting, and more. Ages 6 - 12. Fee. For information and to register, call 581-4100.
