No Asian Long Horned Beetles So Far!

In a message to ALB Volunteers the recent surveys in Portland and Bangor did not find any evidence of ALB! But the beetle adults are active now from August to October, so keep your eyes open.  Hannah and I have helped folks identify the local whitespotted sawyer beetle that looks similar but is not the invasive beetle.  You are welcome to bring in beetle you suspect of being the ALB.
