Washington County Senior Companion Program

Can You Become Someone's Senior Companion?

You don't need medical or technical skills to be a Senior Companion. All you need to know is how to be a friend!

Senior Companions: Washington County Senior Companion and Client

Are 60 years of age and older
can volunteer 15-20 hours a week
have a limited income
love to help their neighbors

As a Senior Companion, you'll receive:

pre-service and on-going training
help with mileage reimbursement
a small stipend for those who qualify
the joy of helping others
